ZINSUM values your right of privacy, and wants you to feel comfortable using its website at http://www.zinsum.com (the "ZINSUM Website") and the ZINSUM service. By using the ZINSUM Website or the ZINSUM service, you signify your assent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. ZINSUM Website. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the ZINSUM service and Website, which may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by ZINSUM. ZINSUM has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party website. ZINSUM will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third party site. By using the ZINSUM service, you relieve ZINSUM from any and all liability arising from your use of any third party website.

2. What Type of Information Do We Collect? When you use the ZINSUM service, we may collect passive and anonymous information about you or your website. Passive information is any form of aggregate data, navigational data, tracking data, click-stream data, or historical data, which does not on its own personally identify you. We may also collect the following personally identifiable information when you sign up for and use the ZINSUM service, or as it appears on your computer or website(s): your first and last name, your home and other physical address, your email address, your telephone number(s), your personal URLs, usernames, and passwords. We might also collect other personal information such as your birth date and gender, and the general content of your website(s), which may or may not constitute or be linked to personally identifiable information.

3. Maintenance & Opt-Out Of Information. If you wish to review and change your personally identifiable information, or wish to opt-out of our use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information, please contact us in writing at privacy@zinsum.com. ZINSUM also provides you with the ability to "opt-out" of certain uses of such personally identifiable information when you sign up for the ZINSUM service on the ZINSUM Website.

4. How Do We Use Or Share Information? If you have opted out of our use of personally identifiable information, ZINSUM will not use or disclose such information except as follows:

• - to communicate directly with you;
• - to comply with a lawful subpoena or court order;
• - to remedy any violation or breach of an agreement between you and ZINSUM; or
• - to prevent harm to the property or rights of ZINSUM or its customers.

If you have not opted out of our use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information, ZINSUM may also use such information for its own marketing and survey purposes and that of its parent Monarch Convergence Group, and ZINSUM may appoint third party agents in connection with such marketing and survey efforts, subject to a confidentiality agreement concerning the information.

5. Aggregate Information. ZINSUM may also share passive or aggregate statistical information with business partners, sponsors or other third parties. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of websites discuss a certain product, or that Y number of men and Z number of women applied for a particular service, but we would not disclose anything that uniquely identifies those individuals.

6. Unsolicited Emails Received by You. ZINSUM endeavors not to send unsolicited bulk email to anyone who has opted out of their receipt. If you have inadvertently received one of our emails after opting out, or if you simply wish to stop receiving them, please follow the instructions contained in the email or send a request to be unsubscribed to privacy@zinsum.com.

7. Cookies. ZINSUM uses "cookies" and similar tracking modules placed on the computers or websites of its subscribers. These devices store small amounts of data, and are used to enhance the utility of the ZINSUM service. We may use these devices to: (i) track your use of the ZINSUM service; (ii) accumulate anonymous, aggregate, statistical information; (iii) deliver content specific to your interests or past viewing history; and (iv) save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you use the ZINSUM service. Cookies tell us nothing about you personally, unless you specifically give us additional information.

8. Security. Some pages of the ZINSUM Website may use security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information that is transmitted through the Website. 9. Children's Online Privacy Protection. The ZINSUM Website complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). ZINSUM does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will immediately obtain parental consent or otherwise delete the information from our servers. 10. Changes To This Policy. This Privacy Policy may evolve as our business changes over time. Should our Policy change, we will immediately publish the amended Policy on the ZINSUM Website and we will alert our subscribers via email. We also recommend that you check the ZINSUM Website frequently to view recent changes or updates. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
